Il REM beaviour disorder (RBD) \u00e8 un disturbo del comportamento del sonno REM. La fase REM del sonno fisiologicamente si caratterizza per:<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
1) movimenti rapidi oculari;<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
2) completa risoluzione del tono muscolare e, pertanto, assenza di movimenti del corpo;<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
3) fase del sonno durante la quale il soggetto sogna.<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
Il disturbo del comportamento del sonno REM \u00e8 contraddistintoda una perdita della fisiologica atonia muscolare.<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
<\/address>\n
I pazienti hanno una eccessiva attivit\u00e0 motoria quale urlare menare pugni e calci in aria in rapporto al contenuto dei sogni. La diagnosi di RBD viene formulata su dati anamnestici (solitamente il racconto della persona che dorme a fianco del paziente) ed incontrovertibilmente confermata dalla esecuzione di una Video-Polisonnografia che evidenzia comportamento motorio complesso durante il sonno REM e, anamnesticamente, da una storia di manifestazioni motorie lesive o potenzialmente lesive.<\/address>\n

L’RBD frequentemente si associa con malattie neurodegenerative quali malattia di Parkinson, atrofia multi sistemica, e demenza. In una percentuale statisticamente significativa l’RBD si presenta prima della insorgenza di demenza, atrofia multi sistemica o parkinsonismo, per un periodo variabile simato circa tra i 5 ed i 10 anni.<\/address>\n

La importanza della evidenza suddetta risiede nel fatto che \u00e8 quanto meno possibile tentare un trattamento di neuroprotezione particolarmente rivolto a limitare gli stress ossidativi nonch\u00e8 a contrastare un eventuale eccesso di attivit\u00e0 glutammatergica agendo cos\u00ec da stimolare i recettori GABAergici e pi\u00f9 in generale le vie inibitorie che decorrono nel contesto del Sistema Nervoso Centrale.
\nUlteriori studi potranno fornire un plus di dati che consentano una migliore neuroprotezione.<\/address>\n

REM beaviour disorder (RBD) is a disorder of REM sleep behavior. REM sleep is characterized physiologically by:
\n1) rapid eye movements;
\n2) complete resolution of muscle tone and, therefore, the absence of body movements;
\n3) stage of sleep during which the subject is dreaming.
\nThe REM sleep behavior disorder is contraddistintoda a loss of the physiological muscle atonia.
\nPatients have excessive motor activity which lead scream punches and kicks in the air in relation to the content of dreams. The diagnosis of RBD is made \u200b\u200bof anamnestic data (usually the account of the person sleeping next to the patient) and incontrovertibly confirmed by the execution of a Video-Polysomnography shows that complex motor behavior during REM sleep and clinical history, a history of events motor harmful or potentially harmful.
\nThe RBD frequently is associated with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, multi systemic atrophy, and dementia. In a statistically significant proportion of the RBD occurs before the onset of dementia, multi systemic atrophy or parkinsonism, for a period variable simato approximately between 5 and 10 years.
\nThe importance of evidence above resides in the fact that it is at least possible groped treatment of neuroprotection particularly aimed at limiting the oxidative stress as well as to counteract a possible excess of glutamatergic activity by acting so as to stimulate the receptors GABAergic and more generally the inhibitory pathways which run in the context of the Central Nervous System.
\nFurther studies will provide a plus of data to allow a better neuroprotection.<\/address>\n

REM beaviour trouble (RBD) est un trouble du comportement en sommeil paradoxal. Sommeil paradoxal se caract\u00e9rise physiologiquement par:
\n1) les mouvements oculaires rapides;
\n2) effectuer la r\u00e9solution de la tonicit\u00e9 musculaire et, par cons\u00e9quent, l’absence de mouvements du corps;
\n3) stade de sommeil au cours de laquelle le sujet est un r\u00eave.
\nLe trouble du comportement en sommeil paradoxal est contraddistintoda une perte de muscle physiologique atonie.
\nLes patients ont une activit\u00e9 motrice excessive qui conduisent coups de poing et coups de pied cri dans l’air par rapport \u00e0 la teneur des r\u00eaves. Le diagnostic de la RBD est faite des donn\u00e9es anamnestiques (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le compte de la personne qui dort \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du patient) et incontestablement confirm\u00e9e par l’ex\u00e9cution d’un vid\u00e9o-polysomnographie montre que le comportement moteur complexe pendant le sommeil paradoxal et l’histoire clinique, un historique des \u00e9v\u00e9nements moteur nuisible ou potentiellement nuisible.
\nLe RBD est fr\u00e9quemment associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives telles que la maladie de Parkinson, l’atrophie syst\u00e9mique multiple, et la d\u00e9mence. Dans une proportion statistiquement significative de la RBD se produit avant l’apparition de la d\u00e9mence, l’atrophie syst\u00e9mique multiple ou le parkinsonisme, pour une variable de simato p\u00e9riode comprise approximativement entre 5 et 10 ans.
\nL’importance de la preuve r\u00e9side surtout dans le fait qu’il est au moins possible le traitement t\u00e2tons de neuroprotection visant notamment \u00e0 limiter le stress oxydatif ainsi que pour contrer un \u00e9ventuel exc\u00e8s de l’activit\u00e9 glutamatergique en agissant de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 stimuler les r\u00e9cepteurs GABAergiques et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les voies inhibitrices qui courent dans le cadre du syst\u00e8me nerveux central.
\nD’autres \u00e9tudes fournira un plus de donn\u00e9es pour permettre une meilleure neuroprotection.<\/address>\n
