LEGA ITALIANA SCLEROSI MULTIPLA<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">LISM, Lega Italiana Sclerosi Multipla, nasce il 22 novembre del <strong>1982<\/strong> per dare sostegno ai malati e alle loro famiglie, offrendo serivizi  assistenziali, attivit\u00e0 ricreative ed informative.<br \/>\n<strong>Presidente<\/strong> dell&#8217;associazione \u00e8 <strong>Maria Emanuele<\/strong> che, improvvisamente guarita  da una forma conclamata di sclerosi multipla che l&#8217;aveva portata sulla  sedia a rotelle, ha deciso di dedicare la sua vita ai malati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Nel <strong>1998<\/strong> l&#8217;Associazione \u00e8 diventata ONLUS, <strong>Organizzazione Non Lucrativa di  Utilit\u00e0 Sociale,<\/strong> con sede a Milano, e ad Inzago (MI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">LISM ha  contribuito a realizzare ad Inzago, alle porte di Milano, il pi\u00f9 grande <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lism.it\/index.php\/ita\/Fondazione-LISM\/Il-centro-residenziale\" target=\"_self\">Centro Residenziale<\/a> d&#8217;Italia per offrire a chi \u00e8  stato colpito da sclerosi multipla una struttura specializzata, una casa  di accoglienza in cui imparare a convivere con la malattia grazie ad  adeguate terapie di sostegno psicologico e fisioterapico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Lism \u00e8:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Iscritta nel Registro Regionale delle Organizzazioni di  volontariato dal 24\/7\/1995<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Iscritta al Registro Regionale delle Organizzazioni di  Volontariato sezione provinciale di Milano al n\u00b0 MI 65\/200 <\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Riconoscimento giuridico: iscritta nel registro delle persone  giuridiche della Prefettura di Milano al numero d&#8217;ordine 270 della  pagina 525 del volume 2\u00b0.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a id=\"eztoc261_0_0_0_1\" name=\"eztoc261_0_0_0_1\"><\/a><a id=\"eztoc261_0_0_0_1\" name=\"eztoc261_0_0_0_1\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">La struttura  organizzativa e le risorse umane<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">L.I.S.M. si struttura in 4  funzioni e una divisione, costituita dal Centro Residenziale. Nel  perseguire la propria missione e svolgere con dedizione le attivit\u00e0 a  favore dei malati di sclerosi multipla, L.I.S.M. pu\u00f2 contare  innanzitutto sulle proprie risorse umane, che hanno sviluppato nel corso  degli anni un forte senso di appartenenza e identificazione con  l\u2019Associazione e che ne condividono valori e finalit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Le risorse  umane di L.I.S.M. sono costituite dal Presidente, sempre presente in  Associazione, affiancato dal Segretario Generale e da una rete di  collaboratori esterni, per svolgere molte mansioni, da quelle direttive a  quelle gestionali, su delega del Consiglio Direttivo. Oltre al  Segretario Generale, l\u2019Associazione \u00e8 supportata da un altro dipendente  che si occupa principalmente del lavoro di segreteria. Un ruolo  importante \u00e8 svolto dai volontari senza la cui generosit\u00e0 e impegno  L.I.S.M. non potrebbe raggiungere alcun risultato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Al Consiglio  Direttivo, tutto composto da volontari, \u00e8 affidata innanzitutto la  direzione e il governo dell\u2019Associazione. Ciascuno dei consiglieri, al  di l\u00e0 del suo ruolo istituzionale, si impegna fattivamente all\u2019interno  dell\u2019Associazione, in relazione alle varie necessit\u00e0 che emergono di  volta in volta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Lism, League Italian  Multiple Sclerosis, was born on 22 November 1982 to provide support to  patients and their families, offering serivizi care, recreational and  informative.<br \/>\nMaria Emanuel is chairman  of that, suddenly cured by a full-blown form of multiple sclerosis who  had brought her to a wheelchair, decided to dedicate his life to the  sick.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In 1998 the Association  became NPO, Non-profit social organization, based in Milan, and Inzago  (MI).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lism has helped to bring  to Inzago, near Milan, the largest residential center in Italy to offer  to people who have been suffering from multiple sclerosis, a specialized  facility, a halfway house in which to learn to live with the disease  through appropriate psychological support  therapy and physiotherapy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lism is:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>* Entered in the regional  register of volunteer organizations from 24\/7\/1995<br \/>\n* Enrolled in the  regional register of Voluntary Organizations provincial section of Milan  at No. 65\/200 MI<br \/>\n* Legal recognition:  registered as legal entities of the Prefecture of Milan to the serial  number 270 of page 525 of volume 2 \u00b0.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The organizational  structure and human resources<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L.I.S.M. is divided into 4  functions and a division, consisting of the Residential Center. In pursuing their mission  with dedication and conduct activities to assist people with multiple  sclerosis, lism relies primarily on its  human resources, which have developed over the years a strong sense of  belonging and identification with the Association and who share values  and goals.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The human resources  L.I.S.M. shall consist of the  President, always present in combination, together with the Secretary  General and a network of freelancers to perform many tasks, from those  directives and management, as delegated by the Board of Directors. In addition to the  Secretary-General, the Association is supported by another employee who  is concerned with the secretarial work. An important role is  played by volunteers without whose generosity and commitment lism could not achieve any  results.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Board of Directors,  composed of all volunteers, is primarily entrusted the management and  governance of the Association. Each of the counselors,  beyond its institutional role, undertakes actively within the  association, in relation to the various needs that arise from time to  time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Lism, Ligue italienne de  la scl\u00e9rose en plaques, est n\u00e9 le 22 Novembre 1982 pour fournir un  soutien aux patients et leurs familles, offrant des soins serivizi,  r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif et instructif.<br \/>\nMaria Emanuel est le  pr\u00e9sident de \u00e7a, subitement gu\u00e9rie par une forme \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re de la  scl\u00e9rose en plaques qui l&#8217;avait amen\u00e9e \u00e0 un fauteuil roulant, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9  de consacrer sa vie aux malades.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En 1998, l&#8217;Association a  \u00e9t\u00e9 NPO, \u00e0 but non lucratif l&#8217;organisation sociale, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Milan, et  Inzago (MI).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lisme a permis de porter \u00e0  Inzago, pr\u00e8s de Milan, le plus grand centre r\u00e9sidentiel en Italie  d&#8217;offrir aux personnes qui souffrent de scl\u00e9rose en plaques, un  \u00e9tablissement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, une maison de transition pour apprendre \u00e0  vivre avec la maladie par appropri\u00e9es soutien psychologique et  un traitement de physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lisme est la suivante:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>* Entr\u00e9 dans le registre  r\u00e9gional des organisations b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de 24\/7\/1995<br \/>\n* \u00catre inscrit au  registre r\u00e9gional des organismes b\u00e9n\u00e9voles section provinciale de Milan  au n \u00b0 65\/200 MI<br \/>\n* La reconnaissance  sociale: enregistr\u00e9es comme des entit\u00e9s juridiques de la Pr\u00e9fecture de  Milan pour le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie 270 de la page 525 du volume 2 \u00b0.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La structure  organisationnelle et les ressources humaines<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L.I.S.M. est divis\u00e9 en 4 fonctions  et une division, comprenant le centre r\u00e9sidentiel. Dans la poursuite de leur  mission avec d\u00e9vouement et mener des activit\u00e9s pour aider les personnes  atteintes de scl\u00e9rose en plaques, lisme repose principalement sur  ses ressources humaines, qui se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au fil des ans un fort  sentiment d&#8217;appartenance et d&#8217;identification avec l&#8217;Association et qui  partagent des valeurs et des objectifs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les ressources humaines  L.I.S.M. est compos\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident,  toujours pr\u00e9sent dans association, ainsi qu&#8217;avec le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral  et un r\u00e9seau de pigistes \u00e0 effectuer de nombreuses t\u00e2ches, \u00e0 partir de  ces directives et la gestion, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e par le conseil d&#8217;administration. En plus du Secr\u00e9taire  g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l&#8217;Association est soutenue par un autre employ\u00e9 qui est  concern\u00e9 par le travail de secr\u00e9tariat. Un r\u00f4le important est  jou\u00e9 par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sans qui la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 et l&#8217;engagement lisme ne pouvait pas obtenir de  r\u00e9sultats.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le conseil  d&#8217;administration, compos\u00e9 de tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, est d&#8217;abord confi\u00e9 la  gestion et la gouvernance de l&#8217;Association.
